The pure vanilla paste is an exclusivity " Tahiti Vanilla ® ". It consists only of vanillas Tahiti gourmets who were pulverized in a 500 micron size grading (size of the seed of vanilla).
The process of employed grinding allows not to warm pods by friction during the pulverizing, what allows to preserve entirely the taste and the subtlety of the aromas of the freshly prepared pods.
