If it is compared to tahitian vanilla from Ralatea, I must say that aroma is far more sweeter from Bora Bora. Mainly I use it for making cakes for my company, but I have also use it for lobster and fish, where you really need to be careful with quantity because the aroma is so powerful |

These vanilla beans are truly the best of the best. When you want to step up your cakes or cooking, ... (Read more)choose Bora Bora, it will not get any better. However, these beans are huge, so you might want to consider splitting it up in half, or even go with the little brother from Raiatea. Remember to always keep the beans if you only need the heart of it. They are really good to add when boiling juice, jam , gel or anything where you want some natural sweetness or vanilla taste. Also perfect for extra flavour to your Creme Brulee or Panacotta. They will keep fresh in the fridge for at least 1 year (probably 2 or 3, but I can't keep them so long), either in a zipped plastic bag or vacuum packed. |

For ease and to reduce my costs, I'm sharing my order of 250g with friends. From order to home delivery was about a week. I can highly recommend this company and their product. |
